Hi fastfoot, my take is that with nothing solid to report, all Garry could do was reassure investors that we are continuing to move forward. 

It would have been nice if we had an update on equipment relocation, land clearing, something, anything material.

What is the topic for discussion tonight, sorry if this is a known, and I missed it.
