My understanding is that 12 million will have to be covered at around 8 cents and the balance averages at 9.9. One source says that yes, the majority of the 140 odd million shares are in fact as yet not covered. If this is true, good news afect on share price will be accelerated by covering above 9.9 cents, in a big way...
