Wow, thanks great news Cooky!     The U.S. have been dragging their feet re funds for our technology.   China on the other hand has tons of money to invest & likes our technology.     Their energy needs in conjunction with India could account for 55% of the increase in energy needed by 2030.   Combined their energy needs may quadruple by 2030!    They will pay handsomely for our technology & if we can build Commercial-sized Silverado Green Fuel Plants in China -  why not?  It is inevitable other countries would come on board!   Bring it on!
