Garry said they have !) Pollution problems re CTLF 2) lots of low rank coal, 3) had a superb response from them & they could move directly to a Commercial Plant. In other words they could move forward as soon as possible & Silverado has been in discussions for 2 yrs. already. I think they have been in contact with the Far East for at least 4 years!!!

China has the excess money to invest & would prefer $15/barrel rather than $90-100 oil. Why wouldn't Silverado interest them?-
