Dear CIGAs,

I was struck by the fact that GLD, the Streettracks Gold ETF, posted a whopping 18 ton increase in their gold holdings today which brought the total to 609.33 tons, smashing thru the old record and setting a new one above the 600 level. The increase is so phenomenal that I am tempted to see if they repost it and issue a correction!

I will say one thing however if they do not – no matter what the games the clowns at the Comex are playing, someone, or a bunch of someones, is buying one helluva lot of gold.

Again, if this figure is accurate, any price setback in gold is not going to last long.
