Does anyone know when the plant in MS will start building. What happened to the State of MS being a partner? That's why I bought this stock in the first place. I thought that if a State is involved, it must be legitimate. As I said in my first post. The people in MS say that Federal money is needed to get it built. Anybody know anything about this?
