Can't answer your question # 1` to your satisfaction I'm afraid, but do know that during the last Gold Bull Market many years ago, there were a number of Jr. Gold exploration companies which skyrocketed from pennies to $300- 400 range - perhaps Johnny or Cooky could supply some of these examples which I don't have at my fingertips.
