It appears obvious to most of us that the politicians in the U.S. presently have their heads in the sand & are more interested in protecting the oil interests of the incumbants or in securing votes in the upcoming elections. The little guy paying a potential $4/gal. at the pumps is a non-factor for them. To think a potential 250 -300 years of energy lies dormant in the country at a very low cost is very sad to say the least. Fuel & food inflation this year are threatening all of us. There is a solution here but most people are totally ignorant of the possibilities & implications. Thanks for your efforts with your own politicians.
