3x10e6, I concur 100 % with you re fuel deal. It's been an aggravatingly long time since we've had an update - one thing seem fairly certain & that is there's no way we can depend on different government levels responding quickly. The Feds are next to useless - all talk & no action - (more interested in votes). I'm sure the Miss. state gov't must be frustrated too, because they want more industry & employment - 4,000 families at a future Commercial Plant site down the road would be a huge step forward.
