I wrote Mr. Bob Dynes at investor relations a few days ago concerning just this one point of the BCSC filing, and as usual, no answer. Normally it takes at least three weeks for most replies and some times the reply comes in the form of a phone call rather than a printable record of what their replies are. I'm guessing the loss on sales on the Vancover Exchange isn't all that great or important to them or their lawyers would have had it done within hours of the trading halt. It's entirely possible that the coincidence of the Silverado web site being down and the cease trading order on the BCSC are just previews of coming events...... positive of negative... you be the judge.
