There is no question as to the fact that this part of the state of Alaska has plenty of gold. I wouldn't be surprised if mining is happening right now. Hopefully this will be clarified in the coming days.
I find the corporate behavior to be similar to many pink sheet companies, especially those that find a shell corporation to move a private company public. Regardless of their ineptitude, and the fact that they print shares to reimburse officers, the company is sitting on land that they own. If they make a discovery that can lead to a viable mine, the entire picture changes with the price of gold.
A recent post by Ord at www.decionppoint.com (Top Advisors) makes a case for the XAU moving substantially higher over the next year. Tim Ord's studies on gold are usually accurate and he is ooften one of the top market imers for the metal.
As we all know from the prior gold bull market run the 70's, anything that smells like a discovery moves in price -- for this reason I'm sticking with the company for now. Will also try and find someone traveling up the Dalton to check out the mining activity.
