Grim. I found it when I was looking at my 401k. I clicked on Silverado and then selected news and here is what I saw.

On 10/15/2008, Silverado Gold Mines Ltd. (SLGLF) announced that they will be unable to file their next 10-Q by the deadline required by the SEC.
PS: I've never had any correspondence with either person.
