Nov 5/08 Letter from the President in Silverado 2007 Annual Report Booklet - "An independent NI 43-101 Technical Report, disclosing the results of a preliminary feasibility study on the Nolan Creek property, is being prepared by Thomas Bundzten, President of Pacific Rim Geological Consulting, Inc., of Fairbanks, Alaska, USA, and is expected to be complete by mid-December,2008. Mr. Bundzten is an AIPG Certified Professional Geologist with extensive mining experience in North America, Scandinavia and Russia. As grades are high, and all mine infrastructure and support (except the mill) are substantially complete and paid for, we believe that Nolan Creek is a promising project for the Company."
