Nomegnome - you probably have to vote thro' both of them - i.e. the number of shares held with each. Ask them for the Control No - 12 numbers - go to www.proxyvote.com - it will bring up your silverado proxy vote sheet & simply vote on the 2 items - directors & auditors - takes less than 2 minutes.
