Mr. Buntdzen's report is one of the most professional and thorough reports I have ever had the pleasure of reading. His writing style, logic progression, assumptions and clarifications, and level of conservative value use (to name a few) are all as good as it gets.

My only concern is the SP holding up while we wait for financing.
