It looks to me like Silverado is continuing to not only dot every I and cross every T, but the company is ensuring that every dot is the right size dot and every T has a perfectly horizontal cross.

The level of issues the CTO brought forth with subsequent BCSC compliance issues, and which are all now fully corrected and in compliance, spoke volumes for this company to be prepared to move to the next level.

Same thing is now happening with the SEC and perhaps this is also necessary for the company to secure financing. If I were loaning Silverado money, I'd be on their books like a dog on a piece of raw meat coveriung my behind, know what I mean?

So the SEC issues (corrections) in and of themselves were fairly minor, but the implications of getting the books and records perfect speaks volumes to me.
