Our CEO signed that request for a 15 day extension on Fri. Feb. 27th - add 15 days & you get Sat. Mar. 14th - so either Fri. Mar 13 or Mon Mar 16?? Cooky can likely verify which of these 2 dates is correct. My guess is the 13th.
