Hey Koala, when you go to Puerto V. At the southern end of town, on the beach there is a bronze statue of a seahorse. When facing the seahorse with your back to the sea look up to the top floor of the Mesa Del Mar and you will see a white concrete banister lining most of the top floor. I just might be looking backdown at you.
