No it wasn't a glitch

Its all about 'Momentum and Force'

Basically, what happened was the momentum was building with many buy orders one after another with few short sell orders, this built up the momentum and then a buy order for 2 1/2 million passed on the ticker tape this was the force to allow the next few small buy orders to push the price up the chart because there was no short sell orders. But since there was no follow though with buy orders to keep the momentum going and time passed allowing a short to take the price back down.

It could be shorts begining to worry and covering their 10s of millions of short sell positions. I bthink it could be a combination of both buying and covering., they both want to keep the price low while aquiring Silverado shares.

One thing is for sure, looks like the stock is heading for another high trading volume day !! Someone is buying up Silverado shares !!
