Yes I agree that fuel costs are cheaper now, but for how long? One has to factor in the possibility of costs rising back to where they were before, albeit, maybe not quite as high. Unemployment has risen, but how many additional people will be required to do what they plan in addition to what they all ready employ? I know the cost of living has to be alot higher in that geographic area, so labor (labour) can't save them that much. As far as equipment, here in the lower 48, prices have only gone down somewhat on cars and small trucks. The big stuff (new) hasn't declined and large manufacturing equipment is usually ordered in advance because of the long lead times. So there may be some cost savings at the present, but I think maybe only 5%-10% of their forcast costs. Remember, Silverado has been in this for a long time and should have a really good handle on what their costs are. They should be able to put together an absolutely all-inclusive proposal to present to potential financiers. They are very close now and I dont expect them fall short of their ultimate goal of being a "gold producing" mining company instead of exploration company. This announcement is just another positive step towards this GOAL. May the financing come soon ! We have all been patient and the reward will be Many, Many times worth the wait.
