I didnt get a chance to look at the calendar closely when I made my prediction. I think I am going to have to push it back to May 5, and here are my unscientific reasons.

Financing will take place on May 1, however it will not happen until late in the day (to late for a press release to be drafted).

Monday the 4th they will have the press release drafted and ready to go, but in the excitement someone spills their coffee on the draft before it gets signed off on, and when they go back to pull it off of the computer, they are met with the "blue screen of death" and can not recover the file from the hard drive.

Thus they stay up all night Monday to re-do the document, and it is placed in a protective cover and delivered first thing Tuesday morning for the board to review, and then it is published at 10:00AM on Tuesday.

So there you go, new date (including time). Either way it has got to be getting close.
