Tonto - good to hear from you. Most of us understand how you feel. Personally I think we are 1 yr. behind schedule due to the hic-cup with the SEC. Management has cleared this up & have been squeaky clean since.

We also think production is on the near horizon - not just exploratory drilling to further define the mother lode. Financing is critical to proceed - once in place, along with the money will come fresh & aggressive ideas re production - necessary to produce profits, reduce debt & allow us to scientifically verify increasing gold reserves. WE all share a passion for production . Remember no one is going to loan a substantial amount of money without having a say in where it's going!!! (Just like the U.S. gov't).
