Since the bid was 0.0094 (or 0.0095, I forget) and the ask was 0.0096 at the close, that 1.5MM was clearly a sell. If someone decides to dump a large chunk, they likely cannot get it at the current bid, so they drop their bid until it clears, in this case 0.0092. Just my take....
