Nolan involves federal land -- Eagle Creek state land - Ester Dome I think state as well? Federal regulations I presume are much more strict.

I presume that the permits are in order & drilling could commence immediately once financing is in place. Would be nice to get official confirmation on this a.s.a.p. ( for the peace of mind of us shareholders!!!)
