It is also noteworthy that the last news release re the 3M -100M $ equity line of credit & this required filing happened to fall on the same day - May 12th - perhaps someone took their eye off the "filing ball " while focussing on the "equity ball?" Could have been an innocent oversight & in an ideal world shouldn't happen!
