Cooky, I am not pointing my finger at the filing issue or anyone specifically! I am unhappy with some of the derogatory side remarks against Silverado's President - it amounts to unnecessary bashing & is uncalled for! This forum is not the place for such nonsense. It goes against our basic rules of conduct! Better addressed at the Annual Meeting.
