Thank you for your inquiry and for your participation within the AGORACOM Community. As you might be aware, in response to persistent user requests, we have realigned our Ranking System.

In our previous version, one was merely required to surpass a Ranking Point total in order to obtain a Vice President or President Rank within AGORACOM (750 and 1500 ranking points respectively).

With our new upgrade, it is now a requirement that a member holds a minimum rating of 3.0 and 3.3 in order to attain Vice President or President status within AGORACOM.

As stated in the alert above, the rank changes are mathematical and objective. They were implemented retroactively which means it is possible that some members have dropped in rank. If you did happen to drop in rank, please do not take it personally, as it is simply a new mathematical algorithm being applied across the entire community.

Please note that we can still allocate Hub Leader authorities to your profiles. We anticipated a drop off in rankings and ratings, however do want key contributors to be identified, and maintain their Hub Leader authorities. We can be reached via our General Inbox.
