Thank you for your insight. We appreciate your concerns and assure you that we want the time you spend on this forum to always be a pleasant one. In response to a very high level of complaints in quick succession regarding the behavior of less than a handful of participants within the HUB, we were put in a very awkward situation. We could either ban one side and enrage the other half leading to more meaningless and senseless debate as to what is going/trying to justify a decision we can't provide a meaningful or fair response to, ban both posters, or come to the resolution we came to.

The rating you are referring to is to the users activity points. Those were reset from 950 to Zero, as a result of this predicament. Both users rating (out of five stars) remains intact.

We kindly advise everyone to keep their personal agenda's off the forum; we will not tolerate any further bickering, name calling or unsubstantiated claims on this forum no longer. If you come across a member, with whom you simply cannot come to compromise, simply ignore it. You are only going to enrage yourself and worse yet, those around you.
