No Issue On Licenses

posted on Jul 04, 2009 07:33AM

Board,

Hiatus Over.

First of all, the expired license is for the Green Fuel Business. Since we all know that this project is on hold for now for all intents and purposes, this is no surprise and not an issue. The focus of the company is exploration, most of us recognize that.

The second post on this issue has to do with Tri Con. It is true that two of three licenses are expired. From the website ADoC,

189850 TRI CON MINING (ARIZONA), INC
TRI CON MINING (ARIZONA), INC.
P O BOX 83730 FAIRBANKS AK 99708 12/31/1997 21
88455 TRI CON MINING, INC
TRI CON MINING, INC.
3180 PEGER ROAD SUITE 270 FAIRBANKS AK 99709 12/31/2010 21
254804 TRI-CON MINING ALASKA INC
TRI-CON MINING ALASKA
PO BOX 83730 FAIRBANKS AK 99708 12/31/2007 21

One license (189850) expired 12 years ago and clearly is irrelavent to current operations. The 254804 license expired 2.5 years ago, well prior to Silverado via Tri Con performing licensed drilling operations at Nolan. This license expired relative to an address change and the third license, clearly the one that matters here, is fully in place and expires 1.5 years from now.

Silverado is fully covered to perform exploratory operations at Nolan via Tri Con, right now, contrary to the misleading context posted.
