First of all, I wish to thank those of you who p.m'd & emailed me while I was in solitary confinement. Food was poor there but it gave one time to clear one's head & address some new realities.

Secondly Kev - please put your pin away - I don't want you to burst my pretty balloons.

Thirdly, Fastfoot is indeed fast. 26 months ago I walked 21 1/2 miles in less than 6 hrs. - that's 3 1/2 miles /hr starting at 4:30 a.m. - raised almost $55,000 by myself for 1 of Canada's 3 War Memorial Chapels off military property ( got almost 400 sponsors) - Kev that's not bad for being a papa. A tribute to our War Veterans who never really get the credit they deserve. That's why we think of all our present engaged military - people like your son-in-law Kev - who sacrifice daily for the rest of us. In the army they walk 4 miles/hr - haha!

Finally it's nice to be back - will enjoy analysing the coming events. The best to everyone.
