My BUY comment I guess is how one looks at what they own, how they got there, and specifically, what the share price average is.
If I had 50K shares w/avg of $2.00, and added 50K at 2 cents, my new avg is $1.01, and it only cost me $1K.
Adding 150K shares at 2 cents brings me to .515 for $3K.
One has to have a very strong belief in the future to do this.
With my other "big play" I've gotten my avg down to 1/5 of what it was.
Just my way of thinking...and I'm not saying it always works either.
