Not following your math at all. Especially how you get 722K from 682K and 240K, think you missed a button on your calculator...
More importantly, the 10KSB I'm refering to is for fiscal year ending November 30th, 2008. It shows the 341K for 2007 and zero for 2008.
I think you might want to recalculate or even better, simply reconsider what and how you think is going on with his compensation.
