Bitterrootman, D & D is an excellent company with a solid reputation. Regarding the number of agreements that fail to materialize, that is a tough question to answer - only D & D would know in their particular case. I expect they would quickly drop a given company were that company not worthy after they had been presented with the facts - after all, why waste time, money & effort if there were little likihood of success?

Regarding the time guessing game, most of us figured we would have heard something solid by the end of July - namely to-day. One can only speculate whether the involved parties are finalizing minor clauses in a given contract or conversely if there are major hurdles to be cleared. We can speculate till the cows come home, but none of us know. August is a pivotal month for sure - every time I guess I've been wrong - anyways I will guess once again - NEWS by Friday Aug 14 at the lastest. Please don't place me before the firing squad if I'm wrong - if you have to, please blindfold me 1st & use water guns - haha!
