Per the Buntdzen Report and as repeated in the April 22nd, 2009 PR, the Gross value of the 42,412 tons of ore is $56.3MM. The net income is $34.116MM, also per the 43-101 compliant report.
A small production mill at 236 tons per day will exhaust that supply in only 180 days (236 tons/day*180 days = 42,480 tons processed).
Therefore, this one small portion of WB, itself a very small portion of Nolan, can be fully processed and sold in one calender year at this production rate.
The earnings per share of this resource is $34.1116MM/1.4B shares or $0.0244/share.
With a P/E Ratio of 30 (Barrick's P/E = 49 right now!), the SP deserves to be $0.0244*30 = $0.73/share.
If you prefer, assume only a 100 tpd mill and we get $0.31 deserved Shareprice JUST FOR this one proven resource.
This proven resource is the tip of an iceburg, IMHO. This resource is the equivalent of 1.88 Toz Au/ton when considering antimony+gold equivalent. This is 62 grams Au/ton concentration which is gargantuan in today's mining world. I am seeing Hawthorne, for example, get excited about 1.0 grams Au/ton-->http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Hawthorne-Identifies-High-ccn-2447877958.html?x=0&.v=1
The above is why Westridge and D&D love Silverado, and I do too.
I welcome detailed checking by all, and comments related to same.
