Someone bought at $0.018 ask last trade yesterday and someone sold at 0.0161 bid this morning.

It's just the bid/ask spread is large now. Go to http://www.otcbb.com/asp/Info_Center.asp,

type in SLGLF and then click on "Depth/LII" (Level II) and watch the market makers at work.
