we have good breaking news - perhaps a few releases within a short period of time, say 2 weeks. Right now there is nothing for the markets to react to so we will continue to tread water between .0135 & .018 until then. People have 1 of 3 choices - get off the boat, wait patiently or load up more in anticipation of positive news.
