If I were a HL on this forum, I would not have taken the time to state my feelings about the two posts, as it would be banning at 1st sight. We get this stuff on EDIG and I have no tolerance at all.

It's one thing to question managment and point out short falls and missed promises etc, and another to be an obvious basher. A poster can word his/her position in order to make a point in opposition of the positive types in here, and another when the agenda slaps one right in the face.

I am invested here...CAPICHE?

Think about my post to this person...give he/she the boot or give me the authority as a HL and I'll gladly do it for you.
