On the thumbs, just an observation on my part, many at EDIG thumb a basher to draw the attention of HL's, as non HL's cannot ban someone of a rank that allows it, and many posters/lurkers are afraid to flag posts and draw attention to them selves. I'm not saying that is what happened with Dilbert, but I have seen this done dozens of times on EDIG.

Just a heads up, look for the "born on date" when a new alias appears and immediately check the post history. That's what I did and Dilbert was a dead give away...capiche?
