Based on my orders today and how they have been filling, with 2 not yet filled, the supply of shares at the .0138 bid seems to be tightening up. If my assumption is correct, my opinion is, people are holding on and waiting to see what developes with additional news etc.

Notice, we are at about 1/3 avg vol today.
