Can you please tell us what evidence you have that drilling is being financed by private placements? If this is indeed true, what difference would it make while the company is waiting for large financial backing? Private placements occur frequently with many companies - why is this a major problem? I agree that no one likes to see unnecessary dilution, but sometimes one does what one has to do in order to reach the finish line & score a victory!
