There isn't a single person, I believe, that hasn't been guilty of posting falsely on the main board - myself included. The reason for this is two-fold:

1) at times there has been little or no official news to discuss - sometimes for prolonged periods

2) many people are simply too lazy to go to the Off Topic Forum.

If this is going to work properly, then the Hub Leaders should have in place some system whereby Agoracom allows them to automatically be able to transfer inappropriate posts to the off topic forum. It isn't practical to have to violate people for this . Agoracom workers have more important things to deal with. If Hub Leaders abuse this priviledge, then their priviledge as a Hub Leader should be suspended either for a given period of time ( say 1 - 3 months) or permanently if it is deemed appropriate.

Another suggestion is to stop talking about other specific stocks or personal experiences with them on the Silverado Main Forum. If rules are to be made in good faith, then they must be adhered to by all in good faith. Otherwise we continue to have unnecessary conflicts. If people are unhappy with such rules, they can go elsewhere!
