Folks....anyone can flag a post if it is felt to be 1 of the 6 rule violations. At that point, a HL can "process" the flag in the manage violations tab. A HL can select warn user, warn user and delete "offending" message, or "ignore" violation. HL's can also do nothing, and let Agora decide.

There are some other parameters that I won't get in to, but it has to do with "rank" of a poster whether the post can be deleted or not by a HL.
