Good question...

The Broker does not send it out, the company does via Proxy Vote by mail, and people either vote by mail or proxyvote.com depending on how the company handles it.

My guess is your broker for some reason does not have you recorded properly with Silverado.

Contact your broker.

All share holders of record have a right to vote any proxy issued by the company to the public, but if a company holds majority shares and can satisfy the SEC requirement, they don't need us folks.

What happened in years past here??

This is why early on I wanted to know of the 1.3+ Bln outstanding, how many shares were in float.

BTW, NICE TO SEE OUR POSTERS RETURNING!!

I'm no expert on this, but this is my generic understanding.
