Just to be clear, it's not about what I want or feel is appropriate, it's what the board wants. Do you folks want 1, 2, 3 added...what?

The "ratio" of posters and HL's is not important IMO, it's the quality of the board as a whole.

FF has agreed to come back and "earn his keep" if that makes sense. If he wants to throw his hat into the ring, that's his call.

Lets just as a group collect all input and take it from there, and a few days would be good enough IMO to make the next move.
