I am not privy to company documents. They will post such documents & give news releases on their timetable - not mine! Such negotiations are confidential , intricate & presumably have been going on for months. Grim Reaper was right way back in Mar & Apr. when the rest of us were naively guessing when it might happen. He said it would be before year's end. I thought I hope not that long, but in hindsight we were all wrong.
