Naturally Silverado needs mining permits and milling/gravity sep processing permits, but if they ship the raw (but separated) antimony out and there is any further processing, the company that buys the raw antimony to finish it will be repsponsible for their permits.

Still think that the purity levels we see today do not require further purification regarding arsenic, but the recipient would probably still have to concentrate and finish the antimony to sell to the antimony users (such as PET antimony catalyst suppliers).
