Way back in Mar & Apr we all took wild speculative guesses when we would close a deal - we were all over the map. Most of us thought it would be relatively simple & we would move forward quickly. Only Grim, in his wisdom, predicted "Sometime in 2009!" He alone realized how complex the process could be, especially when one is sitting on a staggering gold/antimony property.
