Can you please explain this further. Most people have little knowledge of the charts or their significance. Thank you. What are your personal feelings outside or inside of these charts? Why are the charts deemed to be an accurate prognastigator - can they not be wrong? How often are they right & why? It is hard to predict with any certainty is it not?
