I find it extremely hard to believe how any company in the world can track Naked Shorts!

Just my humble opinion, for whatever it's worth. The investment companies are highly unlikely to ever reveal this. They have their own selfish agendas - namely, profits at any costs. Some are much worse than others - but it only takes a few rotten apples in the bushel to effect others & spoil the mix. Their power is greatly underestimated IMHO.

We will never know the truth!
