I agree with many of Grim's thoughts. We can only assume that Garry must be mulling over various deals & scenarios & that this has taken far longer than anyone expected. Some likely have great points but perhaps are too demanding or have other flaws - perhaps too many conditions - perhaps too big a commission. IMHO
When one goes into a grocery or super food store, does anyone pick the 1st bunch of bananas they look at? Certainly not! Yesterday I experienced this - must have looked at almost 15 bunches to see which was best. In many bunches 3 or 4 of the 5 involved were perfect but the 5th one had obvious flaws & was not appealing - in this way the deal wasn't good. Finally I found a bunch which was nearly perfect - guess what? Good deal & I bought them.
I'm sure Garry & his staff will make the Best Deal Possible.
